Personal Bio:
Nick has been a commercial helicopter pilot since 1989 and a helicopter flight instructor since 1990. Growing up in Los Angeles, one of Nick’s first flying jobs was traffic reporting over the L.A. freeways. After that he flew a news helicopter for stations KTLA, KTTV & KCOP. He has flown from the Mexican border to the Canadian border in a wide variety of flight environments including mountains, desserts, forests and jungles (and yes, the concrete jungle too). He moved to Kauai in 1998 and loves to share the beauty of the Garden Island with local folks, visitors, first-time helicopter passengers, and those who keep coming back to do it year after year.
