Personal Bio: Steve was in the Military for 12 year combined with Air Force and Army. He was an Avionic Instrument System Technician working on the most sophisticated aircraft at the time and evaluating and testing them within the McKinley Climactic Laboratory, Fl.. He later left the Air Force for continued Education at Embry Riddle Aeronautical University, and then joined the Army Warrant Officer Flight Training Program. He was one of the first pilots to be selected right out of flight school training to transition into the “high tech” UH-60 Blackhawk, while at the same time Steve’s Uncle, Col Thomas E. Schaefer was taken Hostage in Iran. Steve was also deployed to Central and South America during hostilities prior to the invasion of Panama. As a civilian, Steve pursued acting and was seen regularly on “Basic Training” aerobic workout with Adda Janclowicz, and was also seen on “Island Son” with Richard Chamberlain, “Jake and the Fatman”, “Life Goes On”, “Revealing Evidence” with Stan Tucci and Claudia Christians, “Miracle Landing” with Wayne Rodgers and other TV shows and Commercials. Today Steve is Happily married with 4 children and 11 grandchildren.
